We build strong learning habits through practice and reflection. Children are permitted to fail and to see failure as a learning opportunity. Reflecting upon our work allows us to refine the habits of giving and receiving feedback (being kind, specific and helpful) which helps prepare children for the inevitable setbacks they will experience in life. Failure, or not performing as expected is an opportunity to get back up, reflect, strategise, try again and learn. We aim for reflection to become a habit.
